Niskayuna Animal Hospital

We’ve been taking our pets to Niskayuna Animal Hospital since moving here nearly two years ago, and Dr. Geagan and the staff have consistently shown compassion and professionalism towards us and our four pets. They always take the time to ensure our animals are comfortable, even disassembling our cat’s carrier to minimize her stress. It’s clear that the well-being of the animals is their top priority, and that’s what matters most to us. We’ve never felt mistreated or found the staff to be anything but courteous and respectful. I also appreciate their efficient system. Waiting in the car helps keep our pets calm, and we’re seen and checked out quickly. Having experienced several vets over the years, Niskayuna Animal Hospital is by far our favorite, and I highly recommend them!

I have had dogs most of my life. Over the years, I have seen different vets in our area. Dr. Geagan at Niskayuna Animal hospital is the only vet I would highly recommend. She is knowledgeable, listens to you, and does a complete exam. Also, the staff welcoming and helpful. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I have brought my dog Princess here for over 5 years now and she is currently 14, still running around like she is a puppy! Princess loves everyone there. We just adopted a new dog named Bailey and went today for her first checkup. The staff is friendly and took time with Bailey to ensure she felt as comfortable as possible. I will always bring my pets here, I have never had an issue and they always get you in as soon as they can.

Dr. Geagan has been spot on in providing necessary veterinary care for our cat Tarot. Of particular note she relates so well with her that it has a calming effect on her even when she was stressed out. Tarot recently needed to be euthanized and the way Dr. Geagan related to Tarot and to me as well epitomized the highest level of care and interpersonal capability that I truly appreciate.

Couldn't be happier with the care Dr. Geagan and her staff provided to our cat Fin. She diligently and skillfully navigated his multiple issues (thyroid, high blood pressure & reabsorbing teeth) and helped Fin regain his health. Highly recommend Niskayuna Animal Hospital for your pets medical care.
