They properly approach your animal, making them feel safe and happy knowing they are stressed because of new faces,they make sure they explain everything you need to know, they even show you products that you need so your not lost looking for them elsewhere. Our vet is so caring and loving ❤️, truly understand,s all animals and their issues.yes they are a bit pricey but not by much.the quality of care and communication with you and your animal was worth it.so far this is the best place I've ever took my animals. Thank you all merry Christmas. My baby boy is no longer itching and his ears are doing so much better. We just love our vet,she loves animal,s and it shows.

Nickel City Animal Hospital has been taking care of my animals for 5+ years. I wont go anywhere else. Their kindness, compassion, and understanding of all pets and the owners needs is truly remarkable. You can be transparent in financials, goals and treatments, and they work with you through it all!

Blazer loves it there they handle him so well he is a tiny dude and hates needles but they know exactly how to treat him !! So proffesional and loving;Blazer is a easy guy to love ! He is in pic with his sister pretty girl Marie lol

I cannot recommend Nickel City Animal Hospital enough! The staff are incredibly kind, and have taken amazing care of our dog and two cats. I am especially appreciative of Leah and Dr. Pletscher who have worked most closely with our pets. Leah is an extraordinary rehab specialist, and is the reason our dog (who previously had knee surgery) is able to live the active life she can today. Dr. Pletscher has seen our pets for their annuals and sick visits and has provided them with exceptional care.

I've always taken my pups to Nickel City Animal Hospital and would recommend them to anyone. They genuinely seem to care about my guys, and I've always felt like they've thoroughly explained everything to me and let me know which services and treatments are urgent and which they'd recommend moving forward. I trust that my dogs are in good hands here. :)
