New Tampa Animal Hospital

This is by far the best office I have ever been to in my pets 9 years of life. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the front desk staff, to the techs, to Dr Novi is absolutely PHENOMENAL. I trust them 10000 percent and they have earned that trust. Thank you, truly 🤍

Everyone in this office has been tremendously helpful with my dogs journey dealing with heartworm. Dr. Novy is the kind of person that will sit on the floor and make sure your pup is comfy before giving them shots. And she doesn't rush anything. She makes sure they're comfortable and will ask you to help so they're not recently stressed. I won't take my Gizmo anywhere else. He will see you guys again in a few weeks!!

The staff are very friendly and the location is very close for me. I love their app that I use to monitor my kitten's medical status. I can manage their Rx and see test results (after the doctor has released them). I get reminders for upcoming needs which is also nice. I've had a couple experiences that have bumped one star down and feel obligated to share for those shopping around. First, there are way too many people living in the Lutz/Land O Lakes area. There are many vets and they cannot keep up with the amount of customers they have. So I do not believe other vets in the surrounding area would be better. The first experience I questioned was one vet who almost gave an immunization too early. Kudos for catching this as I trust they know the schedule. It was the tech who misinformed th

I am extremely grateful to the staff and doctors at New Tampa animal Hospital for the great care. They gave my service dog, tattle while she was with the dog sitter. She had been treated in appropriately by my home Vet the dog sitter took her to be seen at the new Tampa Animal Hospital, where was determined that she needed surgery and different medication. The immediacy and necessary surgery saved tattles eye. Before treatment, Tattle would sleep all day with her eye closed. After surgery, and a few days of recuperation, she was able to go shopping again. Three weeks after surgery, her eye is wide open. She is pain-free and healing beautifully.

As a pet owner, I always feel welcomed at your office. And the care and attention to my pup is excellent. Just this week , I recommended your office to several people. Thank you for making the experience to visit the vet easy and enjoyable.
