Tampa Bay Canine Retreat

I'm so grateful to have found Amber at Tampa Bay Canine Retreat!! Our Great Dane puppy, Grace, has been going to daycare with training and feels so at home and well cared for there! Amber sends photos and videos throughout the day so we can keep consistent with commands and see how well she's learning. She goes above and beyond to make it special. She recently threw an impromptu dog party when I told her that Grace turned 5 months old that day! All the dogs had a costume party on Halloween. It's great care and great fun! Grace is getting trained and socialized and comes home happy and tired out! At least 12 out of 5 stars!! <3

Amber is Amazing! My husband has been in the Tampa VA hospital for nearly a year. I wanted to surprise him with our dog, Ms. Pebbles. I did a google search and found Tampa Bay Canine Retreat. Ms. Pebbles had been boarded several times but never at a private home. However, when we met Amber Ms. Pebbles and I felt very comfortable at the home! Amber worked with me with surprising my husband with Ms. Pebbles. They both were so happy to see each other. Amber took excellent care of my Pebbles, she also provided a bath and teeth cleaning on her last day. We will be visiting again🐶.

We have been using Tampa Bay Canine Retreat since we moved to the area about a year ago. We have an older dog that we rarely board and all of our experiences with them have been fantastic. She is great at communicating and providing updates with photos. My dog loves staying with her and they have built a great bond, you can just tell they truly love and care about animals. She even does little art crafts! I can’t recommend them enough!

Codyboy had an amazing time at this place! Amber was absolutely wonderful and caring with him—she kept me updated the entire time with sweet messages about how he was doing. Cody made so many new friends and felt right at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a loving and attentive environment for their pets. The team truly cares for the animals, and their attention to detail shows just how experienced they are. Without a doubt, I will be bringing Cody back every time I travel—or even just for a fun day of daycare!

Amber sends us lots of videos and pictures of our two pups while they are staying with her to ease our worries and because we miss them so much! She is very communicative, monitors them for any concerns, and lets us know promptly. They enjoy all the activities, routine, and playing and she sent us a thoughtful card for our puppy when she unexpectedly had to go through surgery. It feels like they love them almost as much as we do! Plus, they always come home clean with the bath add-on!
