New Era Mobile Pet Grooming

I highly recommend New Era Mobile Pet Grooming! My dog Devo has special needs with a hip problem, and this was the most stress-free grooming experience ever. Having them come to our home was so convenient. Renzo was amazing — a true dog whisperer — and Devo came out fluffy, clean, shiny, and not shedding at all. We’ll definitely use them again!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should be aware of my experience with New Era Mobile Pet Grooming, especially for cat grooming. I scheduled an appointment for my newly inherited cat, who had matting. On the day of the appointment, the company repeatedly tried to move my scheduled time several hours earlier. When I couldn’t accommodate that, they cancelled and rescheduled for the next day, which required me to rearrange my work schedule and sedate my cat so the groom could be done safely. When the groomer returned my cat about an hour later, he was heavily sprayed with perfume but had barely been groomed. His nails were not clipped (except one); there was still matting around his hind legs and rear; he did not appear to have been bathed; and large amounts of loose fur w

My experience with New Era Grooming, was second to none! It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a groomer. Renzo, was professional, friendly and very loving towards my 2 babies!! I highly recommend this grooming service. Trust and believe you won’t be disappointed

I had high hopes for this service as a new customer and seeing the great reviews. Although Renzo seemed like a nice person, the service did not go well. The groomer was late by 30 minutes and no discounts were offered. Based on their policy if you are late from the appointed time they charge $10 per 5 min after. So its a bit backwards. My cats were ready early from the time. I had nail trim for my cats. $45 per cat. The nails were not trimmed well and some nails were missed. This is dangerous as I had intention for the cats to be around our family and children after the service. When my cats were given back, they smelled like pee. I'm not sure the service cleaned the prior service. Or if any of my cats had pee'd, they should be returned at least wiped down clean and smelling nice. I had to

Absolutely amazing service. Took great care of my pooch and helped me out with any emergency. Took amazing care of my Corgi/Golden Retriever. Sherlock looks and smells amazing after his groom. Highly recommend these folks!
