Neighbors' Animal Wellness Clinic

This is a walk-in in clinic with affordable care for your pets. Brought my dog in for an ear infection issue and nail trim. We were seen right away and every person was so caring and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at Neighbors' Animal Wellness Clinic. Jen was incredibly understanding, patient, and kind. She took her time explaining everything clearly and treated my dog with so much love and care. It really made a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate and thorough veterinary care.

I was previously very happy with this clinic, and the way that I was treated when I came in for previous visits, however the last two times I have attempted to bring my dog in for vaccines, the vet is over an hour, to 2 hours late than the posted time on the website and the door. Today, I went in at 10:00 and was told that the vet was not going to be there till 11:00, and that this was going to be a regular occurrence because she takes her son to some sort of events, and that's why they recommend people to call in ahead of time. Nowhere on the website did it say to call or hours may vary. I wasted my time last week and again this week, and I believe it's completely unprofessional to change your hours without any kind of notice. We been taking our dog there for the past 2 years. First time it was for yearly vaccines and he tore a ligament running in his back leg, he was an older dog. The doctor did some X-rays and blood work, and she also found out that he had kidney disease and prescribed special nutrition. This past Friday we took him one last time and she took blood work and saw pictures of his vomit the night before and found out that our dog had kidney failure and was not able to live for much longer and suggested that it was time. Thank you so much for being so caring and compassionate towards us, while we were bawling our eyes out with the news. Thank you so much for the staff that was able to give him IV fluids and a B12 shot just long enough for my sister to fly in from Seattle to see him one last time an
