They saved my lil guys life! I normally go to the NVC in la marque. My small dog got attacked by a large dog and I rushed him to my local office. There wasn’t a DR on site so they called other locations and NVC - NASA said they could get him in immediately. I rushed him over and they got right to work with urgency while keeping me calm. One of the Nurses even brought me a bottle of water bc he noticed I was overwhelmed. It is truly the small things that add up. Their bedside manner and all around care is EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone was patient, kind and reassuring. I am so thankful to Dr Alvarado and team!!!!
This was our first time having a puppy, and Dr. Ramsey was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made sure we felt informed and comfortable. She was also incredibly sweet and gentle with our puppy, Aslan. We’re very grateful for her care and highly recommend her!
Always so nice, helpful, and extremely compassionate. I have been a satisfied customer for over 20 years even before it was NVC. They take good care of me and all of my animals. I highly recommend that you see them for their excellent animal care and second to none customer service.
This is by far the best vet I’ve ever met! I LOVE Dr. Ramsey and all of the techs! They are always so patient and honest, even the reception staff is amazingly warm! I They’ve taken the best care of my babies so far, and they’re not crazy expensive to see, nor is there an insanely long wait list. Highly recommend for a long term doctor for sure!
We love our team over here at NVC-NASA. This has been our vet for over 3 years now. Every time we come in, it's always a pleasure considering our fur babies may not be feeling well. They always tell us the pricing before testing, which is a huge plus. Both Vet Docs here have a keen interest in our pups vs. how much they can make off of them. Never pushy. This, along with attentive care, is why NVC will be our forever home. Thank you, thank you, thank you !
