GCVS WEBSTER Unfortunately lost my sweet angel Bumble Bee today to unforeseen cancer diagnosis and acute battle we couldn’t win. I had to go somewhere 24hrs and with machines and diagnostics I would trust. This location will be my go to for all services after hours I cannot have at my own hospital. They were so very kind and caring. I thank the receptionist (I can’t recall her name), Cat our tech and our DVM (I cannot recall her name, due to crying) for all they did for me and my family today. As a fellow veterinary professional who has gold standards, I was provided the same in return and their kindness. Thank you ❤️🐝

Dr Paul Manino, at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists NASA Parkway is without a doubt my go to guy for my gal KoKo. 3 years ago when KoKo was about 6 months old, she devoured my bottle of prescription ibuprofen and was a very sick girl. After taking her to 2 different vets both of who wanted to do exploratory surgery, I finally landed with Dr. Manino, expressing my concerns about exploratory surgery. He advised, “we not gona do that.” Dr. Manino took her under his wing and after about 4 days in the hospital I got my baby back completely outa the woods. Fast forward to Sept 5, 2025, KoKo came down with a pyometra infection after a heat cycle (which can be a very deadly condition.) I took my dog, Ol' Greg, to this location on 1/17/2026 around 6am for breakthrough cluster seizures. In total, we spent $400. $200 for the initial exam, the remainder for an IV with different meds, and additional meds to take home. As far as pricing is concerned, the exam fee was expected and the total was actually way less than I was thinking. We talked with four different people: the front desk lady, two techs, and the vet. ALL OF THESE PEOPLE WERE SO INFORMATIVE AND KIND!!!!! I have never dealt with people at a Vet ER that were so understanding, friendly, and knowledgeable. For reference, the ER that sent me to Gulf Coast talked to me on the phone (I explained everything that was going on) and they told me to come in. Last night 2/3/26, we arrived with our female toy poodle, from the front desk and beyond you could feel the compassion these people had for animals, we got back to our room and met one of the best vet techs ever, EVE you were above and beyond anything we could ask for! As for the vet Dr. Webb he cares! He sat yes literally sat with us and explained her situation in so many ways! They were both amazing! thank you both for treating our baby.

This is our go-to emergency clinic for our dog boarding and training facility, and they are consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely empathetic. I’ve been to every emergency clinic in the area and have never had experiences as positive as I’ve had here, time after time. Ashley and Shelly at the front desk are both incredibly kind and patient, especially considering the constant questions and situations that arise in an emergency clinic lobby. Tech Haley has exceptional bedside manners and has always been wonderful with every dog we’ve brought in. Pricing is comparable to other emergency clinics, but the level of care and overall experience is noticeably higher.
