Worst grooming experience. My dog and I both are traumatized. We came in for a nail trim. They took no background info, no questions about my dog, they didn't even ask her name or if she's had her rabies shot (she has) and tell me to hold my dog in my arms while they trim. Mind you, she's not 5 lbs, she's almost 25 lbs. I kept asking over and over for her to be put on a table. The owner kept saying no "it's fine this is normal". They're supposedly "professionals" so I went with it. The entire time my dog was squirming while this lady tried to buff her nails. You can't have control over what you're doing while a wiggling dog is trying to escape from you. I kept being told to hold my dog's face (as if she would bite). I was focused on that and didn't notice how badly I was being scratched fr

Best groomer in Boca. I have been to so many groomers and she does it the absolute best. Amazing work and the dogs look beautiful and smell even better.

After taking my 5 year old Pomeranian here for the 3rd time for a groom I cannot stress how good of a job they do taking care of your animals. The owner is a bit eccentric and can be short with customers at times, but the care and love she has for all her furry clients exceeds every expectation possible. I had the slightest issue with my dogs hair being a bit too long and it was no issue to have it taken care of promptly. The wait times are usually 1-4 hours but it’s worth it for a great cut. My dog as always excited to go back for a trim now!

Naya does a great job on our pups! We have two small dogs, Kiya and Leo. She has been grooming them since they were 5 months old. It is a pleasure to support this family owned small business. Naya never upsells, she is very strait forward and through. 100% recommend
