Nature's Pet Market Salem - Storefront & Grooming

Love this store and all of the people in it! They have great products and have helped my dog so much with joint pain issues. I will be forever grateful for how much they have helped my senior dog decrease pain. They also do a wonderful job at creating community and raising funds to help animals. On top of that the prices are very reasonable considering the high end services they provide. One of my favorite stores in Salem!!!

I took our dog here today for the first time and we had an amazing experience! We were greeted at the door. Our pup can be nervous and shy in new places, but he felt comfortable, safe, and was quite eager to say hi to the staff members. Our pup is a picky eater, we have tried giving him many types of big brand dog food (canned, kibble and toppers) and treats (biscuits, cookies, etc.), he has either spit them out or outright refused to try them. I mentioned this to the 2 amazing people that greeted us at the door. They took it as a mission and I was so happy to see that not only was our pup interested in everything that they offered him, but he ate every little sample he was given. I had to update my review on the salon. They are amazing. Ive increased my number of puppies and they still have been grooming them like mad. Even the babies who are still learning how to behave at the salon. Meredith was able to do what I asked in getting out the impacted coat despite my dog modi being a total shit (literally). They were so kind and transparent about his behavior I couldn't thank them enough. I absolutely recommend bringing your dogs here. I am most likely one of the oldest customers of this salon to be writing a review. I have gone here to have my gorgeous dogs groomed every month for at least the past 5 years. Our dog has a sensitive stomach and we initially came here for her specific brand of food, plus it's conveniently located next to a vet and a grocery store near us. But now that we've gotten to know the amazing staff and how helpful and kind everyone is--they called us when our supplies come into stock--it is just a pleasant trip there every time. Highly recommend.

We started bringing our dog here about 8 months ago and we bring her every other month for a routine bath!! They do a phenomenal job and treat her so well, she always comes out so shiny, clean and happy 😊
