EVERY member of the staff here are caring and compassionate. I’ve been to many vets over the years and this is by far the most careing one I’ve ever experienced. My cats and my dogs have been cared for like they were their own. If you’re looking for a Vet you won’t find a better team. A heart felt THANK YOU to the entire team for making difficult situations easier to handle and routine visits a pleasure for both me and my pets.

Nightmare experience with NPCC. I moved to Nashua within the past year and needed to find a new vet for my dog. I thought a small hole-in-the-wall office would lead to a tight-knit and caring atmosphere. What it actually led to was a team that seemingly couldn’t care less about my dog’s condition or his ongoing care. I placed over 10 calls between my vet and pharmacy (Costco) trying to sort out a refill request. Costco confirmed a correct fax number was used as well as three different dates/times that the requests were faxed over. NPCC stated they did not receive any requests, which in itself was an inconvenience but not a major disappointment. NPCC’s lack of help or accountability was the biggest let down. We just adopted a rescue dod and we were nervous on how he would act since he's guarded around strangers. They were very patient with him and took time to calm him down. Both the tech and the Dr were very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and did not rush us. I felt we were in good hands. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful care for my new puppy. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable doctor and staff. So glad Daisy is a new patient! 🌼

Love the staff here. They are so pleasant. Polite and caring. They take the time to answer questions and don't make you feel rushed out. They take great care of our fur babies.
