Emily and Pat are phenomenal!! We had a weekend getaway planned and needed boarding for our two dogs. They were highly communicable, reliable, flexible, and most of all loving towards our two dogs! It was so reassuring to receive all the photos of our girls having fun and being loved like they were their (Emily and Pat's) own. If any questions or minor things like my "princess" dog not eating came up, it was quickly communicated and easily resolved (they even hand fed my princess dog to get her to eat). It was so great to be able to enjoy our weekend away knowing our girls were very well taken care of, loved in every way, and having so much fun. I really cannot state enough that Loving Family Pet Care is such an exceptionally comforting place to bring your pets if you are going on a vacation or trip!! Emily (and her husband, Pat!) are so incredibly genuine in their love and appreciation for animals, that it honestly makes you want to be an even more present pet owner. One specific thing I’ll mention is that my English bulldog generally mistrusts men (not adult women, and not boys, but men specifically), until they’ve proven otherwise— but she had zero qualms about Pat. It was like they were old friends! That was huge. Emily & Pat are SO good w animals. my Romeo & Juliet will only stay with them. I was always concerned with Juliet. she's a Lab/mix rescue w a past that is unknown to us. She is extremely weary of new people, especially men. Pat took the time to show her that he means no harm at all. He always gets down to her level to remind her she is safe. She is sure to give him kisses every time. Emily is just THE sweetest human being with such compassion & understanding. Every stay my fur-babies have had with them has been amazing. Plenty of communication & tons of photos throughout their stays is so wonderful. Their yard has ample space for exercise throughout the days. Absolutely wonderful pet sitters! Emily and Pat have been caring for our cats for several years now, and we truly couldn't be happier with the level of service they provide. We currently have four cats—two seniors and two energetic kittens—and Emily and Pat always make sure that each one receives the individual attention and care they need. Could not be happier with the care my dogs received while I was out of town! I am a worrier and was so nervous about finding a new sitter after moving to town. Emily and Pat were great with my dogs and sent me lots of photos so I always knew how my pups were doing and that they were happy. They're easy to talk with and they went above and beyond for me and my crew! 10/10 would recommend and you can bet they'll be the first people I call the next time I am needing someone to care for my dogs.
