The vets are really great here. My sister used to work there, so I was bringing my cat to see them since the cat is … not friendly around unknown people (and barely friendly around people she knows). All the techs and vets here were great, but I am concerned in potential discrepancies in what they charge clients. When my cat had a minor ear infection, I brought her in. The vet barely touched her, looked at her for 5 min and prescribed me some generic topical ointment for the irritation. $55 ish out the door. Solid! Nothing wrong with that. 2 months later my cats eye is a bit goopy. I brought her in, this time saw a different vet. I would like to begin this review by expressing my deepest gratitude for all the help you gave with Kimba. I truly found angels on earth. I don't know how to describe them without tears of joy filling my eyes. Dr. Díaz and the reception staff were outstanding on Monday. Their empathy, helpfulness, and willingness to help gave me peace of mind. They made me feel that Kimba was safe in their care and that I could finally breathe easy after hours of stress and despair. We have been coming here for years but will be finding new care soon. No appointments were available to be made for ten days and the wait time for walk-in appointments was said to be an hour and a half. I waited two hours and forty five minutes to have my dog seen. The care from the doctor was good but that type of wait time when appointments are unavailable is not okay.

My guinea pigs teeth had over grown and I made her an appointment to be seen. I knew she couldn’t wait for her appointment so I brought her in for hopes they would be able to take her since she was starting to not eat as much. They squeezed her in for the day and now my girl is back to eating. The vets loved on her and took this adorable picture! I truly regret ever taking my dog to Naperville Animal Hospital. As a Black woman, I feared being treated differently — and sadly, my experience confirmed it.
