I'm really disappointed with the haircuts my girls received. After stating that I only wanted an inch off one of my girls, who they said was not matted, she came out looking almost shaved down. After picking her up, I was told I would need a groomer who uses scissors. It would have been great if I was told this before they buzzed her down. My other who, who they did say had knots under her arms (I was a little shocked by this but her hair is more coarse and thick), they didn't even try with her. Both girls are buzzed down but have their originally fluffy tails… they were never touched. What a waste. I called last minute as a first time customer, before a holiday, to see if they could do a small trim on my golden retriever. The ladies were so accommodating and were so kind and were able to schedule a full bath and cut. My golden girl looks beautiful and she loved her experience. Can't recommend enough!
