I absolutely love Nails and Tails Dog Grooming! They do a phenomenal job with both of my dogs — a Labradoodle and a Miniature American Shepherd — and every single time they come home they are unbelievably soft, perfectly clean, and smell amazing. The shop itself is adorable, right on Old Main Street in Payson, and you can feel the care the moment you walk in. The owner is incredibly kind, professional, and truly treats every dog like her own. There’s a level of personal attention here that is hard to find. I know people who literally drive hours just to bring their dogs here — and honestly, I completely understand why. The quality, the care, and the personal touch are unmatched. SO worth it. I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else! Highly, highly recommend 🐾💛

Carli and crew at Nails and Tails gave us a great and personal experience, making us feel welcome, safe, and heard! Much better than Petco and we left taken care of with a clean and beautiful groom. Couldn’t ask for more from a local business and we definitely recommend them to all our furry friends.

I’d give one star if my dogs didn’t look good. I picked my dogs up from their appointment and then had to run to work after dropping them off at home. Once I was home from work, I picked up my small 8 year old dog and he cried. I noticed he had a deep cut near his front leg. I messaged the groomer this morning and let them know. They responded that he had no reaction and that he wouldn’t have even bled and that it was common to have that flap of skin sucked into the clipper, but it was just a scrape and he wouldn’t require any vet care. No apology or anything. I reached out to my vet who said he needs to be glued or stitched up and he’ll need an antibiotic. I texted them and let them know that he needs vet care to which I was met with “Oh my gosh, thanks for letting us know. Poor thing.” I

Nails & Tails Dog Grooming is absolutely fantastic! They do an incredible job every single time, and my dog always looks and feels amazing after each visit. Their communication is excellent – they’re professional, responsive, and keep you informed every step of the way. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of service they provide. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets they work with, and it shows in the results.
