My Pet's Paradise

Laura is amazing! Wanted to just get a bird cage & ended up with a bird, the cage & EVERYTHING he needs. Laura is also SO knowledgeable & gave us all the information we needed. I’ve seen the negative reviews but the birds all look looked clean as well as their habitats & we were given a sanitizer to use before & after handling.

selling hamsters in these tiny cages for $25 as a ‘grab and go’ some had TINY wheels and various homes. Various hamsters including every type of dwarf hamsters (robo, winter white, Russian) and Syrians. I noticed one in particular was climbing the wall and chewing the wires and forcing itself behind the wheel that was literally half its size. I mentioned someone to a brunette woman who was middle aged. She rolled her eyes and grabbed the hamster to put it in the back and was like “that’s what they do” sarcastically. I responded “because it’s stressed.” And she stormed off. Given the attitude I started recording just for my safety and she literally shouted at me from across the pet store at the register in the most fake and sarcastic voice “We’re hiring we could really use some help!!” I

My family loves this place! All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. We drive an hour from stroudsburg just to visit all the animals and to get more bird toys and supplies and it’s always a great time. We purchased a baby Indian ringneck and he/she is the light of our lives and has brought so much joy to our home. I would 100% recommend shopping and or visiting this store, they are wonderful!

So I’m seeing alot of not good reviews . Let’s also keep in mind this is a pet store . Which they are there for you to purchase and give whatever animal you choose their best life . The staff there are very hard working , kind and have a great love for what they do and birds and the other creatures that are there . They’re aren’t just people just off the streets. They are people with experience and raise birds in their own home . I am there almost every weekend or every other with my husband . I buy my bird food from there which my birds love . I have purchased a cute little bird from this store and they couldn’t be any more helpful with everything . Laura who works there who has been amazing with her knowledge and kindness. I will continue being a customer for a very long time .

Some places shouldn’t be selling animals, very poor treatment. Wish 0 was an option. They sell big/massive cages and but keep the animals in small cages with 10-15 in some cages.
