Walked in to wash our dogs, no one was using them. The girl at the counter said you have to make an appointment so I asked to make one and she looked at a blank paper and was like well I can get you in at 3. 4 empty wash stations no one scheduled and she wanted us to wait 1.5 hours. Do not recommend.

I've been buying dog food and treats from them since they opened. This morning, I bought a Kong Cloud from them. My puppy was neutered yesterday. I needed him to not lick the stitches. He wore it home which took 15 minutes and jumped on the sofa and started licking his stitches as if he didn't have anything on. I called immediately to return it to the store and they wouldn't take it back. I am really disappointed.

This store has the kindest staff with the BIGGEST hearts! They genuinely care about the animals as if their own. Nothing but positive things to say! They saved the life of my girl, Chanel. She was on a prescription diet for years to treat for urinary crystals but always tested positive for more growth. The knowledgeable staff assisted me in finding a safe option for her. Chanel has been crystal free for 1 year and LOVES meal time with new natural food!

I have a dog with food allergies and this place has food options for her at reasonably prices. Everyone I've dealt with there are polite and helpful. We also use the self use dog bath in between grooming sessions.
