Staff were very friendly. Our dogs really enjoyed their time there and were tired when we picked them up. We had one of our dogs bathed and groomed on the last day. We had the dogs in daycare while we enjoyed the Gettysburg Military Park.

Love bringing my dog Romeo here! He can socialize and hang out with all the dogs which is great for people that work from home and want their dog to enjoy the outdoors!

When you walk into their office there is a very strong odor of dog urine. The area is carpeted! When we picked up our dogs from over night boarding they smelled like urine so badly we had to bathe them in our tub at home because it was late and the dog wash place was closed.

I want to make others aware that Copper Cabin Kennel's quality of care and grooming has gone down hill and we will no longer take our dogs there after using the kennel for over 15 years. The last straw was when we picked up our dog only to discover that he wasn't fed three times while in their care for only four days. We provided specific feeding instructions and there were bags of food leftover. This was the second time that this had happened but this time was worse.I addressed the issue the first time and was assured that it wouldn't happen again. Our dog seemed stressed and even developed diarrhea after he came home and I am wondering if he was also neglected in other ways. I left messages and emailed the owner with our concerns and never received a reply. We also had our dog groom
