MY PET & I GROOMING inc

I haven’t been this disappointed in a grooming place in a very long time. I asked for a number 5 and they cut all his hair down and left him with major wounds under neath his stomach, tail, privates, and around his eye. To the point in which his eye is almost completely swollen and he is in so much pain. They seem to have hardly no patience when it comes to animals. When bringing up my concerns I was given tons of excuses and blamed my dog for their mistakes. I’m so disappointed I expected better from a groomer and in someone I trusted to take care of him.

Jessica is very attentive and always makes sure my dog are well groomed and they look great thanks her and the team .

I just had a horrible experience today with this grooming place. I was leaving my dog for her to get a flea bath and after the owner got all my information to pick her up, I just wanted to let her know that if she had mistreated my dog (not saying that she did, if she had) to try and please be gentle with her. What i got in response was a nasty attitude towards me saying she would never do that, that she has 6 dogs and that we don’t mistreat dogs. I feel like she took it as i was saying that she DID mistreat my dog when i truly wasn’t. It was just my concern because my dog is always scared to get groomed here but i thought since my dog is like a scaredy-cat it was just nothing. My aunts dog also comes here for him to get groomed and no bad experiences happen with him. He casually walks in

I wish I could give 6 stars! This is the best cut I’ve ever had for my Yorkie, ever! And I’ve been to 4 groomers in the past 4,5 years. My Yorkie, Moja looks so amazing, like a cute little fox. Super attention to detail and super clean and neat. I love that they have swatches of the hair length wanted.

I wish I can give this place a -1. I always leave my dog there but she never wants to walk around there she’s so scared to the point I have to carry her there so she can get groomed but the day she did get groomed she had like a little bald spot and it’s so red it hurts her and she just super scared and the lady is so rude she’s so disrespectful on the phone and in person I told her to not mistreat her because she’s really scared for some reason and I believe she got offended and she told me she can not groom my dog anymore and to go somewhere else never going back there ever again
