My experience with Musbro has been nothing short of extraordinary. Maverick my 11-month Shepky has been going there since July 8th. Musbro is the place I was looking for and finally found. The staff at Musbro has put up with my crazy dog mom questions before he started and made me feel at ease brining Maverick and transitioning him to a new place after a nasty experience at a previous place resulting in a vet visit and diagnosis with stress colitis. Nicole, and Brittany are the most welcoming every morning, I can recall day 2 they knew Maverick and greeted him. I said I don’t even care if they knew my name, but it meant the world they remembered his name by day two. Beware, pick up is at 12.00pm, and if you arrive at 12.05 late fee of $55 will be applied. So if you are traveling from afar to pick up, plan on another night. Staff is not friendly, and the dog came back smelly. My dog will never visit this place again, he deserves better.

Our dog is very comfortable with the staff. I use the grooming services and have been very pleased. Emily does a great job. Appointments are very flexible. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's worth the half hour drive. I highly recommend Musbro. I haven't used the boarding services or day care yet, so I can't comment on that.
