Honestly the worse experience ever in my whole entire life with this store even a one star is a lot for this people. They not only bounce up the price but push you a lot and charge hundreds extra for a low quality carpet. The customer service and rudeness was out of hand both guys working inside weren’t helping and they keep pushing us for the low quality stuff but high price I would not recommend this Carpet store at all even to my enemies. This place sucks and I’m very disappointed. Place like this should be shut down and never reopen again!!!!

HONESTLY IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS REVIEW I WOULD !!!. STARTING WITH . The customer service here was extremely disappointing , dishonest, unprofessional, and pushy. I spent hundreds of dollars on rugs, only to get home and find them in terrible condition: dirty, stained, and with a musty smell. They looked more like something pulled out of a damp basement than brand-new rugs from a store. I felt completely misled and regret wasting both my money and time here. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else you’ll thank yourself later.

Today, I visited Bilal Rugs or Mumtaz Rugs at woodbrige virginia with my mom, driving 2 hours to buy some rugs. However, when we arrived, no one greeted us. Two salesmen were inside, one on the phone and the other writing. We stood there, unacknowledged. I started a conversation, asking about a specific rug. The writing salesman stood up, acting like we were a bother. He showed me some rugs, seemingly uninterested. I searched through the rugs myself, and we eventually agreed on one. They quoted us different prices, $470 and $570 for the same rug. The salesmen were rude and unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome specially the sales man from our hazara tribe. We will never return to this place again.
