If you’re ever faced with saying goodbye to a beloved pet, I can’t recommend Mueller’s Paws enough. From the first call, their kindness was clear. Noah arrived quickly and treated my large Newfoundland (over 160 lbs) with so much care and respect when he picked him up from the vet for cremation. Heather helped me order a custom urn while I was crying and grieving. She was patient, gentle, and never made the process feel transactional. I’m incredibly grateful for them. I was able to bring Denali home the very next day, and his urn arrived in under two weeks.

Omg,I lost my dog today (Brian) I was stuck at work and my roommates took him to a vet who was way overpriced and took him to you. I was stuck in traffic for 30 minutes. Yall need to know that Amy was amazing! She stayed open till I got there after closing time. She let me see my boy for the last time in a body bag. I lost my whole heart! Wonderful staff, really. Every one is a gem. My beloved snaked passed at home after having him over half my life and I messaged Mueller's to find out if the did services for atypical pets. Not only do they offer them, they took interest in learning about my Pickle's life and personality. It was incredibly touching to have total strangers care so much about the pet I loved when so many people would freak out over him. I highly recommend them to take care of your pet babies. They are truly special in such a terrible time.

Our family has used Mueller's Pet to Remember several times for our fur babies. Our fur babies have been treated with compassion and care throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Austin is a wonderful and compassionate person to care for our fur babies. He went above and beyond for me when I lost my handsome Carter. There was quite some confusion as my boy had passed on a Sunday and I had already dropped him off for another place to pick him up. He was great thru the entire process while we tried to resolve the mishap for Muellers and Austin to care for my boy. Will definitely use them in the future and I hope Austin is still there when my baby girl crosses the rainbow bridge.
