Muddy Paws Grooming and Boarding

I had a great experience bringing my two dogs in for nail trimming! The groomer was patient, gentle, and clearly experienced with handling dogs of different temperaments. Both of my pups can be a little nervous, but they were treated with so much care and came out calm and comfortable. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. The shop was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly. It’s such a relief to find someone I can trust with my fur babies. Highly recommend for anyone needing nail trims or grooming services — we will definitely be back! 🐾

I've been taking Charlie here for the last 4 years and they never fail to amaze me, especially with how anxious he can get.. they are super patient and take good care of him. I'd highly recommend bringing ur furbabys here!

I took my small breed dog there for a full groom. The young lady in the front and whoever helped me via text was extremely polite and professional, however upon picking up my dog, whose appointment was at 9:30 am and wasn't ready until nearly closing time, I could immediately tell something was wrong when I walked in. The young lady in front was going over the price for my dog and I'm assuming one of the groomers very rudely interrupted our conversation to inform me my dog did not like being there, and that they had to muzzle her because she was attempting to bite them. She also went on to say that if I could not take her in every 2 months that they wouldn't see her. I attempted to make another appointment and she again very rudely said they'd get back to me to schedule a later appointment

They did a very good job. My only issue is you have to pay for express grooms, otherwise your pet could be there all day. I do prefer booking an appointment time that is there time and they go home when done, but will have to pay extra for that. The groom job they did on our dogs was very good though and I do like the quick responses on messenger.

Staff was super nice and friendly they where really good with my dog she gets nervous easly but they where very gentle with her. Super fast too!!!
