Muddy Paws Dog Grooming

We made a 9am anppointment over the phone, and shared that we wanted a full groom. We dropped her off at 9 — I was not asked any details about what type of groom we wanted and I assumed they had taken notes when we made the appointment. At drop off I was told it would take about 3-4 hours — which felt long to me given we had an appointment scheduled. An hour after I dropped her off I got a text asking what type of grooming services we wanted… meaning our dog had not been seen yet and had just been sitting in a crate for an hour. I reiterated that we wanted a full groom. I texted to check in at 1pm since it had been 4 hours since I dropped her off and I was told she had not been seen yet… that she was next up on the table for her haircut, and that the groomer needed to finish her lunch firs

So glad Muddy Paws in Eastwood plaza is my dogs groomer!

They are always kind and professional and do a great job on my dogs

They really take care of our crew and they always come home so refreshed!
