Brad is incredibly professional, he provides thoughtful and personalized service - right down the free name plate he generously made and installed on our kennel - and their inventory of size and color of kennels would be tough to find anywhere else locally. I was also incredibly pleased to find the breadth of genuine RuffLand accessories they had available. We bought a kennel from this company and we couldn't be happier! The quality is far superior to anything else we've been able to find on the market which is important because our 6 month old boxer mix is destructive! This crate definitely holds up to the abuse! In addition to the quality, we feel great about buying local and it's super cool that you can join a local online community once you have purchased from Muddy Paws. The whole experience felt way more personal and sincere then simply buying from some online retailer. I would definitely recommend the kennel or any of the products sold by Muddy Paws!
