Probably the best pet store ever. The people there are completely customer committed. They educate, and perhaps more importantly, they provide samples. Making certain your pet(s) are eating the healthiest meals. Also, if you purchase something that your pet refuses, they will credit you, and donate the returned food to local shelters. Obviously they are making sure their customers are satisfied. We have the healthiest cats and dog.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and immensely helpful staff. Its’s a well-stocked pet supply store with fair prices. They helped us find some decently priced, limited-ingredient food that solved my pup’s digestion issues. We’ve also discovered a few great, durable toys here. Highly recommend.

I normally only pick up treats at this location since my dog is on a special diet, but I needed some help picking out something for my daughter's new cat. I was asking so many questions, Chelsea was so knowledgeable and patient, she was able to help me get some food and litter to help her get started. When I was checking out with another employee, Sami, she gave me a packet of information to give to my daughter that had a coupon in it and was just genuinely pleasant. I never write reviews, but was just absolutely delighted by both of the employees here, they were so patient. It is always a pleasure to shop at this store!

Typical Mud Bay. Feels a bit more dog centered than cat. Decent selection, prices a little high. But the fur babes love their fur mice and orca, so that’s what counts.

My favorite pet food provider in the area! There is no pressure from sales staff but if you need help or have questions, they will gladly answer with lots of knowledge and cheerfulness. They have such a positive attitude and always offer samples. You can instantly tell everyone here is a full-time animal lover and genuinely wants to help you feed your pet the best.
