This practice is absolutely AMAZING!! I have never experienced the kindness, care and efficiency within a Veterinary practice before! Our pet was terribly ill and the treatment he received was outstanding. The team made us feel as if our kitty was just as important to them as he is to us! The concern and after care communication has been incredible! They continue to provide knowledge and support and check in on us! Called at opening time they gave me a good time to walk in. Our dog had a pee accident in clinic they were super gracious about it. We suspected a UTI and testing confirmed it. Vet (male) was very approachable and friendly. We got put on antibiotics and anti inflammatory. She’s doing much better already. The exam fee was $115 plus the testing and med charges apart. Which we found super reasonable. They checked in with us the day after. The rooms were nice and spacious.

We recently brought our dog Ray to this urgent care, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Beil is amazing — very patient, kind, and highly professional. He took the time to carefully explain everything and made sure Ray felt comfortable the entire time. We went back again today, and even though the clinic was officially closed, they still welcomed us in and helped us — without charging anything. That level of care and compassion is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Beil to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional urgent care for their pets. We’re so thankful for everything they’ve done for Ray!

A great place, unfortunate life circumstances. My seven-year-old Staffy was acting off so we decided to bring him here to be checked later in the evening. The staff were all extremely friendly, Piper was super fun and kept our spirits high as we waited around the office for the blood results. Dr Beil is amazing! He is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and very responsive to emails and calls. He unfortunately had to break the news to us that our boy has cancer a few days later when the results came back. We had to be referred to a specialist at a different location, but while we waited for that appointment, they made sure to call and check on my dog multiple times, and got him some meds so he was comfortable until his chemo started. It was just a very smooth interaction with no bumps

This is an incredible place with compassionate staff and very reasonable prices for the exceptional quality of care. My cat was experiencing cluster seizures and when I arrived the vet techs were ready to triage her quickly and make her comfortable. I wish I could recall the name of all of them but I do particularly remember Theo and Laura being exceptionally helpful. Dr. Emma Rupert provided world class service. She explained the treatment options clearly and did not rush the process, making sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. The doctor and vet techs made themselves available to answer follow up questions when I left, which was greatly appreciated, and even followed up to check in on how my cat was doing a few days later.
