Mt Pleasant Hospital for Animals

I am not a frequent online review writer. In fact, I think this is the first online review I write, ever. I am here to share a bit about my experience with Mt. Pleasant Hospital for Animals and to sincerely discourage any pet owner from entrusting this clinic with your pet’s care. My dog went to Mt. Pleasant in early June, 2024 to undergo a TPLO. For any pet owners “lucky” enough to know, this is a quite invasive procedure. Fortunately, the procedure itself, performed by a contracted surgeon, was great. It was my dog's care (or lack thereof) leading up to the procedure that was physically and emotionally harmful, and for me, as her owner, absolutely gut-wrenching. During the process of sedating her, Stevie bit through her own lip (requiring stitches that were given during the procedure),

We take Dior here, very great vet for all things, preventative care reproductive etc... Love the Indian doctor he is great!

We had a great visit and groom at Mt. Pleasant. They were so sweet and kind to our pup!

I can not speak highly enough about the incredible care we receive from the moment we walk in. Doctors and tech team are not only knowledgeable and thorough but also incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and address all our concerns. Genuine compassion and professionalism, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience. It's clear they truly love what they do. A dedicated and trustworthy veterinary team. In addition, they do so much for the community! Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about the care our fur babies receive from the team at Mt. Pleasant. Whether it’s a routine visit or handling our rare “I think something may be wrong” phone calls, they are always caring, compassionate and thorough. Dr. Kaneha has been amazing to work with (even calling after hours to check in on our sick pup). I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cherished pets!
