Im rating NOT the place (yes, the building is OLD, old equipments, everything looks/smells old!!!) My 5 starts are for the service, it's directly for Dr. Robb. THANK YOU!!! My dog was sick and they were able to squeezed me for an appt asap! Dr. Robb gave me tremendous discount including the visit and all meds. my dog was back to normal on the first dose ... happy Dog! Happy Mom! Thank you SO much Dr Robb!
My healthy two year old cat stopped eating suddenly. I contacted my regular VCA affiliated vet who said they couldn’t fit him in. I brought him to a VCA emergency hospital who wanted to give him an ultrasound for $2000. They were no help at all, and couldn’t even offer any suggestions. I took my cat back, paid the insane visit charge and left. Dr Robb was recommended to me by an acquaintance. Even though it was three o’clock in the afternoon, I was told to bring him in. Dr Robb was personable and professional. He gave my boy an x ray and provided a simple treatment plan to get him back on track, for a reasonable fee. Two days later, he got his appetite back. Thanks to Dr Robb and his staff for taking the time to ease what was a stressful day. I will be back when he needs his a
Dr Robb had been recommended to me by my coworkers and we have been very happy with his care! He takes his time to get to know you and listen. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. *Update* Breaks my heart to share that lil Boom Boom, "Kai" crossed over the rainbow bridge a couple of years ago. He fought a hard battle, was loved by myself and his purrmommy but in the end, his little heart could not handle the battle. He was put to rest at home and will forever be remembered for his strength he had in his short life.
Dr. Robb is an exceptional veterinarian who is kind and compassionate with a wealth of knowledge. He's open minded and doesn't push vaccines. I hope he never retires.
Although I don't know anything about computers, why my reviews disappear is beyond my knowledge. But I know I had said a while back that Dr Robb was just another reason that gave me more information about how I should and should not be vaccinating with our meaningful best friends and companion animals, in my case, a female Golden Retrievers now at 12 years old, she's doing pretty darn good despite her possible arthritis especially with her knees rear legs, has difficulty and pain as I decline veterinary anti inflammatory drugs from our veterinarian, but eventually I might have to give in to it. Dr John Robbs I wished we had a veterinarian like you I know Dr Robb had always been a strong advocate against over vaccinating with our dogs as his videos that isn't where I had seen it had expir
