Bella has been going to Ms. Sarah for 11 years and always looks great when she is picked up. They really do a great job and pay attention to meeting your expectations. Bella never seems to get overly anxious when going in, which is very comforting. For those of you that do not like the practices of some groomers that require you to leave your fur kid all day, they do allow mid day pick up and drop offs. They can be accommodating with last minute visits when possible to help around work schedules. Of the many dogs I have seen upon visiting the shop, they are all handled with a loving approach. We love Ms. Sarah's!! My dog is turning 11 this year, and for years we battled finding a good place and the last time got stuck with a $1500 vet bill after. I was recommended to come to Ms. Sarah's, I wish we found her sooner. We love her and my dog loves coming here, he's excited for his day ahead. We will be lifelong customers. Took my puppy for first cut to Ms Sarah’s. She invited me to walk my pup back to see the grooming area and where she kept the dogs being groomed. Very clean and organized! I was very impressed with her and her staff. Very friendly and loving to my Olive. The cut was exactly what I asked for. Ms Sarah is definitely our Groomer from here on out!

This is hands down the BEST place to get ANY dog groomed!! Any dog breed, size, personality, you name it, they can groom it! They’re knowledgeable and they can groom any dog! Our dog Winnie loves it there so much! Every time she comes home she smells so good and she is so comfy and happy after her bath, it’s like she had a dog spa day or something. My husband and I have tried our hands at bathing Winnie ourselves, it will clog our shower, so we’ve tried the places with “do it yourself” and even though Winnie is a good girl, it just doesn’t come out the same. Plus, we love our dog and (yes she is spoiled) she loves going to see Sarah and her wonderful team! Thank you all for taking care of our Winnie.
