Dr. Carrie Gartrell, Karlee, and Kayla are extremely wonderful. They have provided outstanding, loving care for my cat, Kahlan, for the last 7 years. Even when I moved out of town, I decided to keep them as my primary vet because of the level of care they provide. Unfortunately, on 8/10/2025, we had to say goodbye to Kahlan. Even during this hard time, they all have been nothing but loving and supportive. They are compassionate, thoughtful, caring, and honest. They do their best to make sure that they provide the best care to your furry family members. When the time is right, know that I'll be back with another companion. I hope to see you all there so that we can share that moment together. 💖

Absolutely wonderful experience! The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and informative from booking an appointment through the exam and check-out. They help you find discounts on products and have good prices for in-clinic. We'll definitely be making Mountain View Vet Hospital our primary home to care for our beloved pets. Thank you, team! Had an apt to have my dog euthanized due to old age and her having an issues walking. Apt was for Friday, scheduled it a week prior, they called Tuesday to let me know the doctor would be out Friday and they were cancelling my apt. Didn’t offer any other solutions other than I should go to an emergency vet at triple the cost. When I called back to get more information they never answered the phone. I called several times over the course of an hour with zero response or ability to reach anyone.

It is very nice to find a vet that is accepting new patients and has fast availability to see my fur baby. I hadn’t been in since my pup was new to us and needing vaccination but had to bring him in due to an issue with his paw they got me in within 2 days and remembered my pup even though it had been a year. They gave me clear answers and came up with a plan and now less than a week later he’s beck to normal and loving life again. We have another appointment to get him up to date on vaccinations and they set me up with their online pharmacy for his preventative care meds to make sure he stays in good health. I highly recommend Mountain View to make sure your pet stays happy and healthy!

The staff are caring and considerate. They know our pets are family. I've always been greeted quickly and if there is a delay a quick explanation. Overall a great place to take your fur babies!
