So I have my white German shepherd/chow mix Shiba that goes there!! They are so great to Shiba and they know how to work with my people reactive pup!! They even gave me medicine for us to try to try to improve anxiety and behavior!! Thank you for always taking care of my baby Shiba when she’s there!!

Wonderful staff! Always accommodating and helpful. Dr Feniza and Dr Koczen take great care of all my furry family members, especially my little old lady Taffy, my little old man Teddy and of course, Arthur. The techs are great to work with and love the animals. Emily is the best groomer ever!

We have trusted MPPAH for the past 10 years with our fur babies . They have always been compassionate and knowledgeable. This weekend our sweet Elsie was bitten by something outside and required immediate attention. Dr. Feniza reacted quickly and professionally and saved our girl . Thank you so much for always delivering prompt attention and kindness !

This place has always been there for me when I need it most, and has been firmly planted about 2 minutes from my house. It's not just easily accessible for me, but it's almost always guaranteed that I have a good experience using this organization, no matter the change in management. Sure, the current staff are a not so hospitable / a little cold & slightly pressing; but the Dr. is such a lovely person. My cat's paw was healed by the grace of God!

I boarded my dog here and when my husband picked her up she was covered in swollen bloody gashes on her face and the skin was ripped off of her nose. She’s a golden retriever and older dog. They did not even address her face until he asked what happened to her. They sent him home with antibiotic cream and told him she was beating her face on the cage. They called the next day and asked how she was doing. I asked why no one called us to let us know what was happening. At the very least, the doctor could have called and offered anxiety meds for her and told us the situation. They told me their vet tech “didn’t have a phone to call us with over the weekend”….. ridiculous excuse considering the office has a phone. Highly recommend never taking your animals here. My dog has been pacing the flo
