Mosaic Animal Health Center at St. Hubert's

TL:DR Dr. Kelly was very accommodating and professional, but it isn’t worth the hassle, billing discrepancies, or stress for my dog. This was not the straightforward first vet experience I expected for my new dog. I brought my new dog in for his first appointment about a month ago with Dr. Kelly. She was friendly, professional, and answered my many questions. She went over my dog’s medical records. The clinic had lots of available appointments. It’s slightly more expensive than my past vet. That’s the extent of my good experience. I brought him back today for the second round of a vaccine series. I was told last time that I was paying the cost of the series of vaccines upfront, not for the individual dose, so I was surprised to pay the full amount again plus the cost of the tech visit.

We’ve been bringing our 3 cats to Mosaic for over a year now and we always have a great experience. There are a lot of vets in this general area, but many are tough to get an appointment with, and we first came here when our regular vet was booked. The whole staff is just wonderful. Liz at the front desk, Dr. Kelly, and the vet techs are all great. They really take the time to explain things, and you can tell they care about the animals as much as the owners do. They even have a special cat room, which helps make visits less stressful. Pricing is pretty reasonable compared to some of the other local clinics. I wouldn’t say that it’s inexpensive, but I’ve noticed the bill is consistently 10%–20% less than what we’ve spent at other vets in the area for similar visits. It makes sense that

I visited Mosaic today for the first time after scheduling a last-minute appointment for my kitten, and I could not be more thankful to have found Dr. Brown and his team. He took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, all while handling my kitten with such care. The vet techs and front desk staff also went above and beyond throughout the appointment. Before I’d left the exam room they’d already connected with my primary vet, shared extensive notes and next steps with me (print and email), provided medications and even gave helpful guidance on pet insurance. I can’t recommend this practice enough. Thank you, Dr. Brown and team, for giving me peace of mind for the first time in weeks!

Going to Mosaic at St. Hubert’s is one of the best decisions I have made for my cats. I am truly so thankful for them!! Dr. Ilardi and her staff are extremely kind and passionate about their work. Whenever I first come in, the staff always greets us with a smile and helps us into a room. The staff is always gentle, kind, and welcoming.
