Morris Animal Inn at Montville

Nala and Toffee had an absolutely fantastic stay at Morris Animal Inn from 11/12 through 11/17! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly cared for their well-being. We were kept updated throughout their stay, which gave us great peace of mind. The facility is clean, comfortable, and clearly designed with pets’ comfort and safety in mind. Both Nala and Toffee came home happy, relaxed, and well-cared for. We couldn’t recommend Morris Animal Inn more highly and will definitely be returning for future stays!

My parents had to board our cat for 2 weeks. During that time our cat had 2 episodes that the staff notified us about. During the 1st episode I had to meet the staff at the Emergency Pet Hospital. Our cat was perfectly healthy, but during that time the Morris Inn member, Mary, was so wonderful. She sat with me throughout the entire situation, kept me calm and assured me that we’d deal with whatever we needed to. Turns out everything was OK. After that episode, we requested daily updates on our cat. The staff was so friendly, supportive, informative and warm. They provided us with regular, detailed updates. Towards the end of his stay he had a minor episode, the staff took him to the vet and he was seen immediately. We figured out what was going on and it was extremely proactive of Morris A

This is a wonderful place! The people here truly care about animals. They show so much love and attention to detail when caring for my dog, and they're so on top of everything like vaccines, illness, behavior issues, etc. They genuinely watch and care for the pets and will text/call if anything is wrong, unlike other places I've brought my dog to in the past that have literally let him get injured "somehow" and couldn't even answer how it happened. My pup is so happy every time he comes here, he literally jumps up and down at the words "day care" now. It's a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for - we genuinely do not worry about our dog when he is in their care, and he always has fun and gets exercise. We've left him for there for lodging for up to 2 weeks at a time and he's always b

We tried MAI - Montville after a coworker recommended and I’m so glad we did. Not only did they have all the right answers about fire and medical safety but they understand my girl is dog averse and are able to still accommodate her for daycare and boarding. We also did a training session for manners, which was so helpful since they knew her well already and she was so comfortable with the space and the trainer. She comes home EXHAUSTED every time. And runs inside every time tail wagging, and never looks back for me. I’m confident when I leave her she’s safe and happy. It makes my dog mom heart happy. Added bonus for having grooming on site.

Where do I even begin? Our senior 11-year-old dog, Jonas, has had two incredibly positive experiences at this trustworthy boarding facility. Before boarding, I had several conversations with their team to address my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to provide me with comprehensive information, and their patience and thoughtfulness were truly commendable. The facility is very welcoming and clean. While Jonas was there, they kept me updated on his well-being and promptly addressed any concerns (luckily, minor things) that arose. I can tell Jonas eagerly anticipates his next stay there, and we share the same sentiments because it’s an effortless service that puts us all at ease.
