I called with an emergency situation regarding my cat. They got us right in! Took care of him like he was their own, answered all my phone calls and questions while he was there for two days. They saved my cat and I will forever be greatful for Moonbrook!! Thank you so much for everything you all did for Mr.Bighead!!! Xoxoxoxo

Haven't been here in years because it is to expensive but one if their vets did a rabies clinic a few years ago. I had fabric carriers from Walmart. She didn't even open the carriers. Held my cats down with her elbow and just shoved the needle through whatever opening was closest to her. Good job Katie Ball.

I’m gonna have to assume this is just one of the vets there and not the whole practice but I will never go here again and I will be making sure to tell everybody. I know my experience and to not take their dogs there. The doctor was actually so rude I even tried apologizing and saying I didn’t mean to irritate you because I don’t know medical facts like he does after he went to school to become a doctor for it. Then, when administering the vaccine, I went to take my dogs jacket off and hold her, and he just started stabbing her before I could even get a hand on her. She jumped away four times and he just kept stabbing her over and over until I finally didn’t let him continue and held my dog and then he did the shot perfectly fine. Unfortunate interaction with Brittany at the front desk will ensure I am not going back after using them for 8 years. I have taken my dog in 4 times because she is getting white patches & loosing hair and the 4th time Dr. Rappole did bloodwork to find out she had Lyme disease. Dr. Rappole is the only vet worth seeing but when we called after it started getting worse (he said to do) he was gone in Florida & unavailable for a month. The other Dr. brushed off the spots as allergies & wanted us to buy monthly allergy medicine. 5 vet visit fees later, 2 allergy shots, bloodwork & meds we have spent quite a bit of $ here. I asked if we could come in & see if any vet had suggestions & not have to pay another visit fee because of how much we had been in. No empathy, Brittany said she doesn't know
