Everyone is very Friendly & Professional at the same time. It's a joy to bring my dogs there every year for their Annual check-up. Thank you all for making it so easy to bring more than 1 dog in at a time, they can be a handful. LOL

Had a very bad start to the day as my dog had ingested something he shouldn’t have called JVH as they are his normal vet they do not have scope but kept calling back check on him throughout his process but after spending hours running around Buffalo and spending $200 to be seen and handed a 16000k quote In Buffalo I called JVH back and was told they would hold their vet until we could make it back from Buffalo to at least get some answers got us right in no charge to be seen x-rays confirm bowl issue take in directly to surgery I leave and get a call that they were about to preform the procedure less invasively as previously thought and he can come home today! Pick him up and staff was very helpful and caring and all said and done with meds for aftercare was about 14x less than I was quote

I love this place. I bring my Dog here since she was around 2 months old. She is now 4 years old. My Dog is a true hunter, so I worry about her and what she might catch from wildlife. She's a Husky and wants to be outdoors all the time, especially in winter which makes me worry even more. This Veterinarian clinic is super awesome about all my concerns and gets my dog in rather quickly. I remember one time calling them and the receptionist was trying to get her in quickly but stated my dogs doctors name (which I'm purposely not stating publicly) "doesn't like others treating her patients" that statement made me feel like my dog and other animals mean alot to staff. I love that. Also my last visit my dog had a couple vaccines, a blood test, a flea, tick and dewormer pill, antibiotics and fol

Dr Scott is a great vet- it's not about doing useless tests just to make profit. She brings intelligence and empathy to provide you with options and explains benefits, etc. Previous 2 vets there were just money grabbers- repetitive tests, multiple visits, no real resolve to problem, just sick animals and empty wallets. I'm glad they're gone. Tech and admin staff are exceptional as well. Caring, loving, and smart. It's all good here

Pleasant, kind & helpful thru the whole somewhat of an emergency situation. GG was very comfortable with the team who cared for her, even tho she is usually very stressed at appointments. Thank you beyond words!!!
