Dr. Erin and her entire staff are amazing! Our cat spooky does not like getting shots or going to the vet at all and they were very calm and sweet to her. Spooky got very feisty today at her appointment and they took a lot of time out of their day to work with her and calm her down before giving spooky her shots. Thank yall so much for working with our spooky even when she is a bit of an a-hole sometimes.

Dr. Erin and her staff are amazing. On Christmas Eve of 2024 our beloved Golden Retriever, Lily, experienced a sudden and unexpected medical emergency. We called minutes before the clinic was set to close for the holiday, but they remained opened and waited for us to bring Lily in. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done and we had to say goodbye to our girl. Dr. Erin and her staff were so compassionate, professional and patient with us. We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Erin for 14 years and we couldn’t be happier with the care she and her staff provide; including to the newest addition to our family, our 6 month old Golden Retriever, Daisy Summer.

Came here with my grandmother and her dog, the techs and doctor were nice, but who I assume was their "manager" was very unprofessional. I could hear yelling and what could only be described as berating coming from the back while in our appointment, this seemed to make my grandmother's dog more anxious than he already was. I realized the woman who was yelling was their manager who seemed to be called "Amber" when we went to the front desk to pay, she was now yelling and insulting the receptionists! Though the other staff were very nice, this does not feel like a safe environment to take your pets to. If someone cannot remain professional in front of clients and treats their employee's with such contempt, I can only imagine how cruel she could be towards our pets in the back of the clinic a

Took my now one year old doberman to get his ear postings done here, and the process was amazing. They treated my dog with a lot of love and patience. Dr. Erin did exactly how I wanted his ears to be and did a great job. Clinic always answers your questions if it's your first time, price very reasonable with postings included. Would definitely recommend this vet to anyone!!

Unfortunately, after coming here for several years, this place has changed. I have to say, every time you leave this place, ask for your receipt. Second, I come all the way from north colorado and traffic can be unpredictable, even if im paying every express toll to make it here and doing speeds of 90+. You are false advertising if you say you close at 5 and its 4:30. Not even because I offered you an additional $50 dollars for just posting ears(free service). Thanks so much for such great customer service and all your empathy! FTP
