Monument Road Animal Hospital

I’ve been going here since I believe it was 1998 was my last visit with the former vet Dr Prince who opened his own practice off Old St Augustine Road. I continued to visit this location and became a HUGE fan of Dr Wilson He shoots straight with you doesn’t try to sell you on anything that your pet doesn’t need. He only does what’s necessary unlike most of other veterinarians. My boxer Tyson won’t let anyone touch him except Dr Wilson. I absolutely put trust and into his thoughts and recommendations. If you want all of this then I suggest you make an appointment and see for yourself how AWESOME DR WILSON and staff treat you and your pet.

I love this animal hospital and their staff. My dog and I have moved from place to place and have had so many bad vet experiences where unnecessary tests were ordered or we were pressured into buying products that weren’t helpful or even getting incorrect diagnoses and treatments along the way. Some vets we went to didn’t even remember us when we came in for return visits and seemed to be reciting scripts when talking to us. Monument road animal hospital has never treated us that way. They are always honest and thorough and fair. I have seen multiple different vets at this location, and they all seem to truly care about our pets and us as pet owners. Very friendly and excellent animal care. Would highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business and take care of your fur babies. Didn't notice the sign until I left but was a very cool thing to see they actually take the time to acknowledge being a first time customer! Ive had dogs for 18 years now and this office has been the most thorough and personable vet ive used to date so thank you!

Prior to going to MRAH, I was used to VERY VERY long waits and not even ever getting to see or talk to a vet - just left in the large reception room with dozens of other pets and their owners. But at MRAH, it was such a pleasant surprise. Dr November was amazing as well as the tech that saw us. Friendly, respectful to my dog and I, and took their time with him and explaining things thoroughly. My dog can be a bit protective of me and skittish, but they worked wonderfully with him. My interaction with staff has always been extremely pleasant, whether on the phone (and they actually answer!) or in the clinic. Great experience.

I transferred recently to this veterinary practice and instantly like the place. The technicians and Vets were very personable and I felt they gave my dog good care However, in the time i have been a client I have had nothing but problems when I call to get medications. I’m told to make an appointment & when I get there I am told I didn’t need to have an appointment. My most recent call for flea and tick meds ( they did a heart worm test a few months ago) was very frustrating. I was told I couldn’t buy them without a receipt from my last purchase even though they know I am a new patient and have all the records from his last vet. When I tried to explain why I was frustrated the front desk staff was incredibly rude and argumentative. I finally called the old vet had them send over a receipt
