I took my cats for vaccinations. The waiting room was full of people. But they got us to a room fast. The Dr was very nice and took her time with my 3 cats. The girls up front were nice. One could use a little work on being more professional. Their prices are pretty good for today's inflation. My cats were happy, and that's all that matters.

I will not be returning with my animals due to poor communication and unprofessional behavior from both the staff and the veterinarian. I brought my dog in for a procedure, and no one communicated that additional steps would be needed. These decisions were made without my consent or notification.

I could not be more satisfied. Called in the morning with an urgent need and they had plenty of open time slots available. Dr. Stone was polite, knowledgeable, well spoken and has a genuinely kind approach to her profession. They examined and treated my dog and sent me along my way with the appropriate prescriptions I needed. The price was well under $200 which I felt was a bargain given the time they spent and the medications I left with. I’ll be using them for all my veterinarian business from now on. Very unlike the clinic in Ridgway that immediately wants to pressure you for expensive “bloodwork” or prescribe surgery when it’s not needed. Also, Black Canyon vet clinic in Montrose is a joke! They want to charge you $70 before they’ve even seen your pet! That is if they can fit you into

Asked on our first visit for checks on a chip and a spay for our cat, the receptionist who did our first visit didn't take notes on any of our concerns and needs and then they just scheduled her for a spay. The appointment day she sat in the vet office because they didn't call the 2 back-up numbers we had given for her to be picked up and we were told that they found out she was already spayed AFTER they had shaved her and put her under anesthesia. When I asked the new receptionist about why they didn't check when we asked to check prior, she only said "well we didn't have any notes". And if they don't take the notes on what we had ask then no you wouldn't do the correct thing. We still had to pay 60 for the anesthesia that was a mistake and miscommunication on them and they didn't care to

Great Staff. They really have Really cared for all my pets through all the years. From my teens to 50s. Putting down 2 of my best friends.
