Chow Down Pet Supplies

We’re so lucky to have Chow Down in Montrose. I was surprised by just how extensive their selection is, from food and treats to all kinds of pet supplies. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I have questions. It’s a great local shop and one I’m happy to support.

My wife and I came in 11/13/25 because it was our two year old Chocolate Labradors birthday and they went above and beyond to throw in an extra birthday cookie besides what we bought for him besides Jammies and as by my picture you can tell our Zook loves his Jammies and is very calm unlike in the mornings he is a " VERY SPICY FRITO" when his Jammies are off. Very good products and we will be back to purchase more items from this establishment especially the staff telling our Zook happy birthday and how handsome and loving towards him being an ESA animal. These people go above and beyond to help us find the right items. We have a special needs dog that we struggle to feed due to her being picky and having so many dietary restrictions. The people at the store help by being knowledgeable but also doing research with me in the store. 8/10 times im in there I end up learning something new and finding something my puppy loves! This is a nice store with an excellent DIY dog wash station. For my taste the prices for non-food goods are a little high, and is like to see fragrance-free coat conditioner options. Great staff, very helpful, if needed.
