Dr. Jay is truly one of a kind. She is incredibly caring, personable, and takes the time to make both pets and owners feel completely comfortable. Every visit feels thoughtful and never rushed. She is, without a doubt, the best vet I’ve ever been to, and at this point the only vet I trust to care for my fur babies. I’m so grateful we found her!

We've had only good experiences here and their prices are more fair than other vets in the area. But the reason I'm writing a review is how they treated us and our beloved dog when it was time to put him down recently (obviously a very painful decision). The staff and clinicians helped make it the best possible experience in the worst of circumstances. We so appreciate their kindness, gentleness, and professionalism.

Snapple had a surgery to remove a growth, and bandage changes while it healed. She actually looked forward to going to this vet. Happy to leave when it was over, of course, but they treat your pet with care and respect. Highly recommend.

I could go on and on about how much I love Montowese. The staff are amazing and they made us feel so comfortable being first time parents to a sweet but very reactive foster pup. We use them for her annual visits and vaccines, as well as special food and training.

Talk about friendly, professional, kind, any positive adjective you could think of, describes what kind of vet this place is. From the people in the front, to the nurses, to the doctors, EVERYONE is great and it’s like a family. Even if you have a wild dog like mine they have all the patience in the world and understand where he or she is coming from. Nick is especially great with my dog Tucker. He knows how he is so he is always taking care of him in the best way possible. But also they always show love to the animal no matter how they may act. And to top it all off they make sure the job at hand is complete for your animal. Something you find difficult in todays world. So I’m grateful for this place and so is my family.
