Monticello Grooming

Brenda does a great job grooming my maltese, Ellie! Ellie is a rescue that I adopted almost 2 years ago and she can be difficult when it comes to grooming. I've had groomers actually turn her down before because she tries to bite when her front paws are touched. Brenda is able to groom her without any problems and doesn't treat me any different because of my dogs difficulties. She is always friendly and nice to me and my sweet girl. Thank you, Brenda! Brenda Hunter of Monticello Grooming is a fantastic pet groomer! She is very compassionate with my dogs and they all look excellent when she's done. She has a wonderful rapport with my dogs. She has always cut them exactly to my specifications and given me tips on their maintenance. Fantastic groomer! I’ve used her for 10 years!! Our two dogs always looked fantastic. All I had to say is “we are going to the groomer” and both dogs would run to the door, couldn’t wait to get there!! I’m a former groomer myself and I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else...believe me I’ve gone elsewhere and was not happy with the results. This groomer is knowledgeable and friendly and you can rest assure your dogs will be handled and treated in the BEST way.

Brenda did a great job with Toby's cut and grooming in which this was our first time meeting Brenda from our regular groomer Gail. Love the help with your recommendations Brenda, very appreciatived. Thanks once again!

Took my dogs here to get bathed and nails trimmed. Brenda was unable to clip their nails but still had to pay full price. She stated it being the dogs behavior not her abilities to do the job so payment was still required for her “services”. Dogs came back with flakes in their fur, no nails trimmed and out $60. Definitely do NOT recommend taking dogs here.
