Worse experience i ever had. We were camping and our 5 yr old lab who had heart problems took a turn for the worse, which we knew was coming, but still a shock for us. We knew from experience that it was time and she needed to be euthanized and even though their sign says "urgent care", the woman at the desk wouldn't give us the time of day. With no other explanation, she simply said "without an appt you need to go to Prescott to see a doctor. We are short staffed". Wait, but your sign says urgent care., I said. With no compassion she said again that we needed to go all the way to Prescott to euthanize her. Meanwhile my lab was is extreme discomfort. We left a little angry and my poor dog died a very painful death that night. She suffocated from fluid on the lungs. So, of course today I w

Thank you so much I'm new here to Arizona. Been here maybe a month and I have five cats. My 20-year-old cat became very sick and I called several vets several never returned my calls but they actually answered the phone and they said you can bring them in right now. They were so sweet. It was greatly appreciated cuz he was in pain so thanks for everything you did Joann Horn

Dr. Holcomb is absolutely wonderful. We have been trying to treat our sick kitty for the last two years and she’s the first vet to actually give us a definitive plan and some hope. She’s extremely thorough and helpful. Their office is super cute as well and the whole staff has been amazing. The pricing is also actually reasonable and Dr. Holcomb doesn’t try to upsell you she’s very realistic and so helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this vet clinic if you want real answers to what’s going on with your fur baby. Lavender and I thank you guys for all your help. <3

I’ve had two dogs fixed here. I don’t normally take them to the vet since they’re healthy, but they made it easy, affordable and they LOVE their animals. Both dogs appeared to be well cared for and the surgeries went smooth. Highly recommend their high quality services.

No calls back after leaving VM messages to set up appointment. There is always an issue of this place being short-staffed. Rude and antagonistic front desk staff who then gaslight you and accuse you of being rude. Very defensive when asked about fees for visits and services. The Vet is rude and aggressive ! I believe they nickel and dime you there and I had taken 3 of my pets there over the last few years. Today was the end to supporting this business when the Dr. Decided to come out and aggressively confront me on their so-called discounted "brief wellness exam" when all I needed was a Rabies vaccine! I supposedly had an appointment at 3:45 pm however "another lady obviously got precedence who had an emergency with her cat"....ok, I was patient and didn't say a word! So at 4:10 pm
