I’ve reviewed in the past but just wanted to update. Sally has been doing the grooming for my rough collies for a couple of years now. One has major anxiety and she treats him like her own. Always does a beyond great job with him. Her words to me today were very special to me, “im very particular with him”. That meant a lot to me. We took a 2 month trip to Texas and I knew he needed grooming but waited until we got home knowing he was overdue. She was amazing as always! So glad I found her!!!!

I took my dog here for a wash, a cute design, a bath, and nail clipping, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure my dog felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The design they did on her was adorable, and she came out looking and smelling fantastic. The attention to detail and care they provided was top-notch. I highly recommend Dee’s grooming and Pets LLC to anyone looking for a professional and caring groomer for their furry friend!

We adopted a dog a couple of weeks ago from Verde Valley Humane Society and wanted him to have a bath as soon as we could. I called Dee's and spoke to the owner, Sally Parker, and she had time to do that right away. I was so surprised, as I had never been there before and was expecting to make an appointment several days out. We took him in and had him back in less than an hour, looking and smelling great. I was impressed with the facility, complete with birds and plants! What a pleasant experience for all. Thanks so much! We will be back monthly.

We are so grateful to have found this place. Our outdoor kitty had gotten mats so bad with pricker balls stuck in them that were poking her pretty badly. The mats had taken over 80% of her body. We looked all over verde valley and couldn't find a groomer that would groom cats. I thought it would be traumatic but it went so smoothly and fast. Our kitty is so happy now- she has never been this cuddly after this furcut. They did a very nice job. We were worried she would look pretty bad but she looks cute! Thank you ladies, great job, and thank you so much.

Horrible service, people were nice though, my dog was terrified to come wish I didn’t drop him off here, he’s been groomed since he was a PUPPY! Now he is terrified of clippers, if you value your doodle,poodle do not take them here at all! Ear plucking is one of the worse things you can do too your dog. He ended up with an ear infection, we tried 2 different times, both times horrible service horrible cut.
