Dr. Lusk and her crew must be perfect people who always have good days. We tend to disagree. For 20 years, we brought our dogs to MVAH. We have encountered rudeness, disrespect, and snappy attitudes. Yes, there is such a thing called burnout but you talk to your fellow workers, your spouse or whomever. You NEVER let your nastiness boil over onto the client's and their pets. We have left this place of business and brought 4 families along with us, who was also in agreement that you keep your garbage to yourself. We all have bad days but you do NOT air them out in public. Dr. Lusk...maybe it is time for you to retire. I'd rather deal with a pack of pit bulls than you on any given day. They are much more friendlier. You have lost 5 clients. I wonder how many more we can get to agree with us

Dr Lusk and Madison were great in handling my difficult dog during his problem appointment. Madison got him in quickly and they were wonderful and so helpful. The Animal Hospital's staff always goes above and beyond to take care of our animals. Would and do recommend them to all who are looking for a vet for their animals.

Dr. Lusk and the techs are so patient and gentle with our pups. We've been to other vets, but none have been as respectful, helpful and nice as all of the staff at Monongahela Animal Hospital!

Dr. Lusk has been our vet for over 30 years, through many furry family members. The staff and Dr. Lusk showed such compassion when we had to put our animals down. They even sent a card. My current animal is a rescue with a difficult temper due to a traumatic past. She cannot be around other animals and must be muzzled around strangers and friends. They work with us through medication and having the office free of any visiting animals. I wish they offered evening hours at least once a week. Their prices are fair and reasonable for the treatment provided. The payment options (CareCredit) are good when you need that type of option.

I’ve used Monongahela Animal Hospital for my pets care for 13 years. They are accessible, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Whether they are ensuring my new pup is safe and healthy or providing us the compassion and grace while we said our goodbyes to our sweet old boy, I’d only ever work with Dr Lusk and her team.
