Dropped our dog off at 9 am, heard nothing by 1pm. Gave them a call (nothing seemed wrong, the groomer said she needed 2 more hours) being a drop off service I understood -first come,first serve). Nothing was said about our dog was having issues. We finally received a call to pick her up (a total of approximately 7 hrs). SHE COULDN'T STAND!! She collapsed. I was devestated. The groomer said she probably had her stand too long during the appointment. She phoned someone while we were there and all they said "she's probably exhausted" ...ya think!?! They didn't provide me with any options where to take her for medical attention or what their policy is. Just "here's your dog that can't stand" My husband had to carry our dog out. Showed up this morning to find out that they didn't have a groomer so they could only do a bath. Okay so I leave my dog fo e a bath only. Come to pick her up almost 2hrs later she's still the only dog there. She isn't dry and it cost over 58.00 just for a bath. That is more than it used to cost for full groom. Needless to say I will be finding a new groomer. Used to be a really good place, but new owners seem to be ruining it.

I brought my Pyr mix in for a bath and nails groom. Not only did he look amazing afterwards, the price was very reasonable (especially for a dog his size). I am very happy with the results and will definetly be coming back.

took my dog here and they nipped her nail so bad . non stop bleeding for 2 hours. i didn’t notice until i got home and saw blood all over my pants from holding her in the car. i cleaned it and wrapped it, but it was acting as if she needed stitches. gushing blood . and to top it off, the workers didn’t even say anything about them nipping her.

They absolutely butchered my dogs today. We’ve gone to them off and on over the past couple years with mixed results. Today my wife dropped them off. The worker asked how much she wanted trimmed and she explicitly said not short, just cleaned up. When we picked them up they were completely shaved. The worker stated their fur was matted, it was not. They were very overwhelmed today with the number of dogs and clearly just did whatever was easiest. There were patches they missed, it was uneven and they just look awful. We aren’t going back. Edit to add response to owner: Dogs were not matted. They are brushed and bathed at home regularly. Staff was overwhelmed and that was the best excuse. Be very wary of taking your pets here.
