The staff were kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The care and follow up were very good. All my questions were answered. We were seen quickly in an emergency situation and I was involved in determining the best option for the treatment plan. Communication was prompt and information was shared with our vet as well.

Excellent care! After my cat’s sedated nail trim they followed up with detailed at home care and even called me the next day to see how he was doing! I love that!

Two thumbs up! AMAZING. We rushed our fur baby to their office for first time a hour before they closed. The receptionist acknowledged my baby by name and had a room waiting for her, they took the time to make sure we all felt comfortable! (in complete honesty, I was a mess and my cat was nervous ) after that They, jumped right into action. Even though my Cleo is typically shy Diane made her feel extremely comfortable & even Ate a treat out of her hand. We left with everything we needed and instructions that were given were very detailed. they were patient, kind , gentle and my Cleo slept so good for the first time in about a week. Thank you

We recently moved from downtown Indy to Carmel and needed a vet closer by. Dr. Sara Rueter was highly recommended and I can now understand why. Dr. Rueter and her whole team - front desk staff, vet tech and all were so kind and easy to work with. My cockapoo Milly had been dealing with acute allergy symptoms and Dr. Rueter was extremely thorough. They were so sweet to Milly - who takes awhile to warm up to people. Appointment scheduling was a breeze and many appointment dates/times were available. 10/10 would recommend!

We love Monon Animal Hospital. We've been bringing our dog Reggie there since we adopted him. The employees are warm and professional- we'll never go anywhere else!
