Where do I even begin?! Mary is the absolute BEST trainer there is. Period. I have two dachshunds and was desperate for help with my oldest, who I previously paid thousands of dollars for training with another trainer on, and nothing helped. My pup was so reactive and barking and growling at literally everything and everyone. I couldn’t take him in public. I couldn’t go to breweries or parks with them. It was so sad for me and incredibly stressful. I wanted my dogs to have a better life than that. Mary not only helped my dog become confident and less fearful, but she helped me learn how to also feel secure and safe. Mary was amazing with our pup. Being a recent adoption we had struggled with basic obedience, especially leash manners and recall due to her past living conditions and her stereotypical independent breed behaviors. We felt our dog was very safe and respected with Mary. We were very happy our dog came back very well mannered, has great recall, and our trust has improved drastically.

Mary is a wonderful, gifted, professional trainer. We have worked with her since my dog was a puppy. My Kiz loves (and respects!) Mary. I always and only board Kiz with Mary. She is exceptionally well cared for and has a great time. Plus, Kiz gets to continue practicing … and never comes home to me with any “bad habits.” I highly recommend Mary.

Mary is an incredible dog trainer who truly knows what she’s doing. From the start, she was professional, patient, and clearly experienced with all types of dogs and behaviors. She took the time to understand my dog’s specific needs and created a training approach that actually worked. I saw a huge improvement in my dog’s obedience, focus, and overall behavior in a short amount of time. Mary also does a great job of explaining things in a way that makes it easy for owners to continue the training at home, which made a big difference for us. We can't say enough great things about Mary and her training methods! Ellie receives compliments everywhere we take her on how well behaved she is and what good manners she has. She spent three weeks with Mary for board & train and it was money and time well spent! Now days, we use Mary for boarding Ellie and she treats her as if she were her own. Highly recommend!!
