About Monadnock Canine Rehabilitation and Fitness
We are a veterinarian run canine rehabilitation center providing individualized rehab and pain management for geriatric dogs, canine athletes, dogs recovering from injuries or surgeries, and those with chronic joint or neurologic disease.

Dr. Miller and Lexi are absolutely wonderful. My 4.5 year old lab. Echo, had TPLO surgery and the bone did not fuse back together completely at her follow up X-ray. We started rehabilitation in December First to work on muscle atrophy. Second to have laser treatment to help stimulate bone growth in hopes that her knee would fuse back together. Our dog Echo gained significant muscle in her rear surgical leg. I truly believe that that rehabilitation and laser treatments helped to stimulate bone regrowth . At Echo’s follow up X-ray appointment her bone was healed. I highly recommend Monadnock Canine Rehabilitation and Fitness !
Dr. Miller and her assistant Lexie are a phenomenal team! They go above and beyond for all of their patients, and I am so glad we now have canine rehabilitation in Keene!
Such a dedicated staff- we’re so lucky to have something like this in Keene!
