I never do reviews, especially negative ones, but when it comes to my dogs and bad experience? I have no tolerance. I will preface this by saying my lab was 12 years old. She had severe arthritis in her back legs and she has a hard time getting up. When I called to schedule the appointments, I was VERY clear about that. When I explained this to her, I was told a story about another dog they groomed because "she just can't say no to people when it comes to dogs" and was on her death bed, but was still groomed anyways. I also told her on the phone that I wanted my 2 labs, who I have had over 10 years, shaved to a 7, and as I understand it to be unorthodox, they have been getting shaved this way since they were 1 years old. I found this business on Google and it could not have turned out better. I brought my blind and deaf 13 year old pom to get groomed and he came home fabulous. He was very nervous but everybody there made sure he was as comfortable as he could be. I will be coming back anytime any of my pups needs some spa time!

The one and only time I will take my dog to this grooming facility. The first red flag was when I was told via phone that the price to groom a Tibetan Terrier STARTED at $100 (this is $25 more than I ever paid in CT or FL for the past 16 years! The 2nd red flag was when I was told, when I dropped off my dog, that they don't see many Tibetan Terriers too often. I admit to the fact that there were some knots on the bottom part of her neck and back legs but the shocker was when I picked her up and instead of clipping out the knots (as my other groomers do) her entire body/legs were completely shaved and I was charged $120!! I could have done that myself and saved a lot of $$. Needless to say she looks like a character from Star Wars and I hope that her hair grows back fast from this disast

If Kimchi could write, she’d probably leave a glowing review herself (or at least a few excited woofs and some zoomies). We took our slightly dramatic, anxiety-ridden fluffball to Dog Gone Beautiful Pet Styling, she met us calm, happy and so beautiful. Allison handled our nervous little girl with such care and patience. Kimchi’s toe beans? Soft and smooth, no more sandpaper smacks. Nails? Perfectly trimmed, no more clickety-clacks. Ears? Squeaky clean. And best of all—she no longer smells like she worked overtime at the Frito factory. We are officially loyal customers because if Kimchi’s happy, we’re happy. Can’t wait for our next visit! Highly recommend for all pet parents, especially those with anxious furballs who deserve the VIP spa treatment.

I would like to thank Sam and her staff for the nice card you sent to us. I have never felt so empty as I do right now over losing my Little Girl Miss Maddie ( the hound). Sam you know how much she cared for you. Thank you again from Peg myself and most of all Miss Maddie. Jim
